Q. When will my order be shipped?
In most cases, your order will be shipped within 3 - 5 business
days after we receive your order. Since most of our jewelry are
made to order, depending on the design, it may take between 3-
7 days to fill. We believe in making fine and quality jewelry
that you can be proud to wear. Special Order item may take a little
longer.
Q. What form of payment to you accept?
We accept credit card payment through Paypal. You do not need
to have a Paypal account to purchase. It's is very easy use.
Q. What is your Privacy Policy?
All customers' information collected are kept confidential and
are only used to process their orders. We do not sell or trade
customers' information to anyone, businesses or organization outside
of eKeshi.
Q. How much is shipping cost for my order?
We charge a flat fees to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
For order(s) totalling less than $500.00 the shipping cost is
only USD $8.00 and it's $15.00 for order(s) totalling $500 or
more. We only ship via USPS Priority Mail in plain boxes. You
may be required to sign for the packet.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not been shipped. Please email customerservice@ekeshi.com.
Please include your name, address, phone number and the item number
of your order and a brief message.
Q. I just received my order and I noticed
that it does not look exactly like the one on your website
Since all our jewelry are individually hand-made, no two pieces
are identical. This is especially true of our Keshi Pearl jewelry
because natural Keshi pearl hue and luster are not alike. In addition,
especially Keshi Pearl may display different shades and color
hues under different lighting conditions or view from different
angles. This is also what makes Keshi Pearl unique and appreciated.
As for crystal items, some color just do not show well in photo.

Q. What is re-Stringing?
After a period of normal wear, your pearl necklace may need to
be re-strung to keep it taut
Q. How do I know when my necklace require
restringing?
When you feel that your necklace has lost its tautness or when
individual pearl pieces becomes loose. Please email your request
to customerservice@ekeshi.com.
Q. My necklace broke and I lost some pieces,
what should I do?
You will only be responsible for the replacement pieces and shipping.
We will do the rest. Please contact us for more detail.
Q. Do you ship outside of United States?
We currently only shipped within the Continental United States.
