Q. When will my order be shipped?
In most cases, your order will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days after we receive and verified your order. Please note that products availability shown on the products pages are just projected on-hand quantity. It is possible that actual on-hand quantity may differ from what is shown. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified.
For Jewelry Order: Since most of our jewelry are made to order, depending on the design, it may take between 3- 7 days to fill. We believe in making fine and quality jewelry that you can be proud to wear. Special Order item may take a little longer.
Dancing Shoes & Accessories: Depending on availability your order will be shipped within 3 days after we received and verified your order.
Dance Apparel & Dresses: Within 3 days after we received and verified your order.
Q. What form of payment to you accept?
We accept credit card payment through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase. It’s is safe, secure and very easy to use.

Q. How much is shipping cost for my order?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping cost start from USD$15.00. The cost of a typical pair of men shoe cost is USD$15.00
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not been shipped. Please email your request to us. Please include your name, address, phone number and the item number of your order and a brief message.
Q. I just received my order and I noticed that it does not look exactly like the one on your website
Since all our jewelry are individually hand-made, no two pieces are identical. This is especially true of our Keshi Pearl jewelry because natural Keshi pearl hue and luster are not alike. In addition, especially Keshi Pearl may display different shades and color hues under different lighting conditions or view from different angles. This is also what makes Keshi Pearl unique and appreciated. As for crystal items, some color just do not show well in photo. As usual, we stand behind our products, please contact us if you have any question.
Q. What is re-Stringing?
After a period of normal wear, your pearl necklace may need to be re-strung to keep it taut
Q. How do I know when my necklace require restringing?
When you feel that your necklace has lost its tautness or when individual pearl pieces becomes loose. Please contact us with your request for further instructions.
Q. My necklace broke and I lost some pieces, what should I do?
You will only be responsible for the replacement pieces and shipping. We will do the rest. Please contact us for more detail.
Q. Do you ship outside of United States?
We currently only shipped within the Continental United States.
Q. Care Instruction for apparel with rhinestones.
Apparel with rhinestones design should ONLY be HANDWASH or Dry Clean.
Machine washing may damage the rhinestones design.
